Nutrition dietitian

Rosie Smith is an accredited practising dietitian with the Dietitian’s Association of Australia. She completed her Masters degree in Dietetics at the University of Queensland, and prior to that a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in nutrition at QUT. Rosie enjoys working with her clients to assist them in making dietary and lifestyle changes to enable patients to maximise their health potential. Her main interests are in the areas of weight loss, diabetes, cholesterol management and the management of diseases as diverse as celiac disease and irritable bowel syndrome. Rosie’s mission is to provide exemplary client service and believes in building a relationship with her patients as they embark on their journey to lifestyle change. On a personal level, Rosie enjoys training for fun runs, experimenting in the kitchen and trying out new restaurants with family and friends.

veterinaryKat Cornack is a veterinarian and veterinary behaviourist. Brisbane born, Kat has traveled and worked extensively both in Australia and overseas. She currently divides her time between Brisbane and Newcastle. Kat loves all of nature, and enjoys anything to do with the great outdoors. Gardening and hanging out in nature are her favourite things. She loves music, food, laughing at bad jokes, and of course all of the creatures under the sun, including humans! Kat shares her life with her partner and daughter and their various animals: both resident and visiting. She is passionate about natural health care and living sustainably.
